Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number F41652-01-Q-0038, request for quotation. This solicitation document & incorporated provisions & clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-13. This procurement is a 100% small business set-aside. The NAICS is 337215 and the size standard is 500 employees. CLIN 0001: (1) one Nordplan High-Density Mobile Storage System or equal. CLIN 0002: Remove existing boxes and old mobile system and replace boxes on new system once installed. CLIN 0003: Carpet. Description: Purchase of Nordplan High-Density Mobile Storage System or equal, to include removal of present system and installation of the new system, to include carpet. Desired delivery date: 60 days ARO; Place of delivery is: 341 3rd Ave, Dyess AFB, TX 79607, acceptance by the Government at place of delivery. Provision at FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. This award will be made on the basis of lowest cost, technically acceptable. Include a completed copy of the provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, with this offer. Clause at 52.212-4, contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition.
