Description

Provide delivery, installation and maintenance of a complete de-ionized water treatment system for the Carl T. Hayden VA Medical Center's Hemodialysis Unit, 650 E. Indian School Road, Phoenix, AZ 85012. Quotes shall be accepted only from offerors who are financially responsible. All responsible offerors may submit an offer and will be considered. Delivery of the system must be coordinated with the current contractor to avoid disruption of the Hemodialysis Unit. Contractor must meet all requirements of Federal, State and local codes and regulations. Term of the contract is anticipated from April 1, 2002 through September 30, 2002 with options to renew for four (4) additional one-year periods. Solicitation documents will be available on or about October 31, 2001. This solicitation is unrestricted. All requests for copies of the solicitation shall be in writing.
