Description

Contractor shall provide Thermodilution Catheters and Critikit Injectate Kits, disposable, sterile -- see solicitation for detailed specifications. Estimated usage is 250 Catheters and 400 Injectate Kits per year, with delivery through the medical surgical prime vendor. Contract period is January 1, 2002 through September 30, 2002, with two 12-month renewal options. Nonsterile bid samples are required at time of bid opening for evaluation.
