PRON: AX1F5386AX, NSN: 3020-01-164-3971, PN: 7-211310027-3, Quantity 192 each min/500 each max, this will be a five year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity requirement, applicable to the APACHE. F.O. B. Destination with deliveries to Texarkana, T X. Required delivery with First Article Testing is 48 each 350 DACA and 48 each per month thereafter, first article test report due 268 DACA. Required delivery without first article test is 48 each 280 DACA amd 48 each minth thereafter until completion. This item is restricted to The Purdy Corporation, 586 Hilliard Dtreet, Post Office Box 1898, Manchester, CT 06045-1898, McDonnell Douglas Helicopter Company, 5000 East McDowell Road, Mesa, AZ 85215-9797 and Derlan Precision Gear Inc., 6006 West 73rd Stree t, Bedford Park, IL 60638. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation, however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing dated stated above. This part requires engineerin g source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part.
