Description

Indefinite Quantity Contract, Base and two-option years to perform parking lot and road rehabilitation, including placing fill material and topsoil, patching, road widening, bituminous concrete leveling binder and surface course, tack coat, prime coat, sea l coat, crack sealing, joint sealing, slurry seal, road stone, aggregate base course, bituminous shoulder curb, concrete curb, parking area and traffic striping, geotextile, area reflective crack control treatment, bituminous surface removal, and establish ment of turf. The guranteed minimum for the base year is $7,000.00 and $3,500.00 for each option year. The cumulative maximum is $350,000.00 per year. Issue date is on or about 15 October 2001, bid opening date is on or about 15 November 2001. All responsible sources may submit a bid which will be considered by this agency.
