Description

The following information being provided is to clarify certain questions regarding this solicitation proposal. 1. When submitting a Bid Proposal for this RFQ; Prospective Contractors are to submit both a Base Bid Proposal and a Bid Alternative No. 1 Proposal as stated in Section 01010 -- Statement of Work Section 1.3 General Description of the Project. 2. The specification and engineering construction drawings include all aspects of the project that need to be completed, including the removal of lead containing materials and the replacement of materials and components removed or effected. Statement of Work 01010 and the Summary of Work 01100 apply to this project. This RFQ is hereby extended until the C.O.B. on October 11, 2001. All other terms and conditions shall remain the same.
