Description

Construction of a pole type building complete with sitework, concrete, paving, extended utilities, a HVAC system, electrical system, communications, fire sprinkler system, wall finish system, and all other improvements required to have a complete and functional space for the ambulance building at the Fort Thompson Indian Health Service Health Clinic, Crow Creek Indian Reservation, Buffalo County, South Dakota. This will be a fixed-price contract. Duration of the contract will be one-hundred twenty (120) days from the date of the Notice to Proceed. The Notice to Proceed date may be issued in the spring of 2002. IFB 241-01-BI-3490 will be available approximately fifteen (15) days after publication. There will be a non-refundable charge of twnety-five ($25.00) dollars for solicitation documents. Project Magnitude is $250,000.00 to $500,000.00. The Indian Preference clause in employment and subcontracting is made a part of this solicitation and resultant contract.
