Description

The IRS seeks the services of a university or other entity to develop and manage a consortium of educational service providers to leverage the resources necessary to implement leadership development programs for the agency. Programs will utilize technology-mediated learning methodologies to the maximum extent practicable and must take into account a geographically dispersed population. Products must support the agency's Leadership Competencies and framework and will be used to augment current leadership education programs. Products may include course, seminars and programs for group and individual learning environments and may result in continuing educatinal units and/or credit leading to an academic degree. Base year plus four one-year options.
