Description

This bridge contract is for the procurement of non-personal professional, technical and management support services for Acquisition Reform (AR) and related technical and management issues for the period beginning 1 October 2001 through 30 November 2001, with and option for one additional month. The contractor shall (1) provide support for addressing DOD/DON/SSP acquisition reform policy, (2) provide training and training support for workshops to include acquisition reform, Franklin Covey Workshops, and SSP's Principle Awareness Training, (3) provide Flight Test Instrumentation Support, and (4) provide Acquisition Reform Support to Management and Business processes. These services are in support of operations managed by the Strategic Systems Programs (SSP) office, a Direct Reporting Program Manager (DRPM) in the Department of the Navy. This effort will be negotiated with EMCUBE Inc., Alexandria, VA, the only known contractor with the technical background and unique expertise to perform this effort.
