Description

Contractor to provide system support for all hardware and firmware for the FILENT Optical Disk Storage System (ODSS at Hill AFB UT). System support shall include preventative mantenance for all hardware and firmware. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, parts materials, supervisions and all other items and services necessary for the operation of the Filenet Optical Disk Storage Systems (ODSs). The following equipment 1 EA 5310-122 FN 107GTL -- 2 DR (INCLUDES PHIJBYOZ, 2 EA PHILLIPS LD 6100 LASEWRDRIVE-NO CHARGE). Performance period will be 13 Oct 01 -- 30 Sep 02 Plus four 1 year options. The only acceptable source is Plasmon LMS Inc, 4425 Arrowswest Drive, Colorado Springs CO 80907-3489. An Ombudsman has been appointed to hear concerns from offerors or potential offerors during the proposal development phase of this acquisition. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish the authority of the program director or contracting officer, but to communicate contractor, concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations =20 to the appropriate government personnel. When requested, the Ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality as to the source of the concern. The Ombudsman does not participate in the evaluation of proposals or in the source selection process.
