Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format FAR Subpart 12.3, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written Solicitation will not be written. Purchase Request Number F73FEC12670100 is being issued as a Sole Source Request For Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-20. This acquisition falls under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 513322. Due to proprietary nature of these items, the government intends to solicit and award this purchase order under "Sole Source" conditions for the following: LINE ITEM 0001: Cellular phone service for 110 phones. Service needs to be both digital and analog with coverage from the Oregon border to Bakersfield, California, north to south, and Reno, Nevada to the Pacific Ocean, east to west. Servics plans should include 500 minutes per month per phone, pooled for all 110 phones. This solicitation contains 1 line item. FOB point is Travis Air Force Base, CA 94535.
