Description
This announcement contains changes to the combined synopsis/solicitation for the radio commercial spots issued under No. 50W8L9, dated 5 September 2001. With the exception of the following changes below, the combined/solicitation remains the same. The following changes are: (A) This acquisition is full and open competition. (B) The Statement of Work is revised to read as follows: Air National Guard (ANG) Purchase of Radio Commercial Spots.-REQUIREMENTS: To generate leads and create an awareness of the opportunities in the Air National Guard using radio advertisement. RADIO SPONSORSHIP: The vendor shall: (a) Purchase at a minimum 500 spots per month for 5 months in 10 specified Designated Market Areas (DMAs) with the maximum radio broadcast coverage possible per DMA. (b) Spots will include a 30-word advertisement highlighting the benefits of joining the Air National Guard. (c) Create a minimum of three (3) 30-word-spots that will highlight the benefit(s) of joining the Air National Guard. (d) The following DMAs will be purchased: (1) Boston,MA, (2) Detroit, MI, (3) Grand Rapids, MI, (4) Houston, TX, (5) Memphis, TN, (6) Nashville, TN, (7) Philadelphia, PA (Wilmington, DE), (8) Pittsburgh, PA, (9) St Louis, MO, (10) Washington DC. (e) Create/develop new spots and/or radio advertisement which will begin upon award of contract. (f) The 5 months of radio advertisement will be as follows: Two months of advertisement will be purchased consecutively then there will be a 2 month hiatus between each of the remaining months of airtime. (g) Provide a list of all radio stations (by call letters) for each DMA. EVALUATION CRITERIA: Proposals will be evaluated based on the following: (a) The maximum radio broadcast coverage possible per DMA. (b) On number of creative spots developed. (c) Price/Cost. (C) PROPOSALS ARE DUE BY 3:00 P.M. ON 27 SEPTEMBER 2001.
