Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items/service prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This notice constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation F09609-01-Q-0035 is hereby issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 97-18. Dobbins Air Reserve Base, (Marietta) Georgia is soliciting for the acquisition of Cable TV service. CLIN 0001: Provide all plant, labor, equipment and material for Cable TV service for Bldg 800 (44 rooms) Airmen's Quarters, Bldg 401 (52 rooms) Visiting Officers Quarters, Bldg 486 (Base Gym), Bldg 729 (Rooms 102,115,118,120,142,147, 203,205,232,237,241,245,266,CUB 138,CUB 272) 22 AF Headquarters, Bddg 922 (Rooms 204 and 205) 94 AW Headquarters, Bldg 801 (76 Rooms) Airmen's Quarters, Bldg 737 (Room 16 & VIP Room) Base Operations, Bldg 410 Heavy Equipment School, Bldg 727 , 700 Operations Squadron, Bldg 838 (Rooms 1212,1213,2101,2107 & 2121), Bldg 922 Civil Air Patrol, Bldg 833 Security Police, Bldg 745 Fire Station, and Bldg 840 GA ARNG. Period of performance is from 1 Oct 01 thru 30 Sep 2002. Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code for this procurement is 4841; size standard $11.0. The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- -Commercial Items, shall apply along with Defense FAR Supplement (DFARS) 252.204-7004, Required Central Contractor Registration (CCR) .Evaluation of quotes will be in accordance with FAR clause 52.212-2, Evaluation -- Commercial Items, and based on price and technical evaluation of product information furnished with the quote. Quotes shall include a completed copy of FAR clause 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items. FAR clauses 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items shall apply with addenda DFARS 252.232-7009, Payment by Electronic Funds Transfer (CCR). FAR clause 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders -- Commercial Items, shall be incorporated into any contract resulting from this notice. Applicable clauses cited in 52.212-5 are 52.222-26, 52.222-35, 52.222-36, 52.225-3 amd 52.222-41. as well as Department of Labor Wage Determination94-2133 (Rev 18) dated 05/31/2001.
