Description

The Federal Bureau of Prisons, United States Penitentiary, Allenwood, PA requires a contractor to provide all design, engineering, labor, materials, tools and equipment necessary to upgrade the existing Gem 80, 734 Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC's) and Touch Screens to the GEM 80, 400 series or newer version. The new system must be compatible with all PLC's installed or existing. Install and interface communications between head end PLC's (400 series) and remote PLC units (131 model). All firms capable of providing this requirement should contact the Contracting Officer indicated by fax at (845) 386 -- 5055.
