Description

The U.S. Department of State, Office of Acquisition Management intends to award on a non-competitive basis a lease agreement to Reuter's America, Inc, 3 Times Square, New York, NY 10036, for a Foreign Currency Purchasing System. Technical requirements are as follows: 1) The system must have at least 24 simultaneous on-line conversations or bids for foreign exchange prices allowing staff to simultaneous check bids from several banks in an interactive fashion and "lock-in" on the best offer provided. 2) Must include adequate telecommunicational lines, hardware, and software necessary for operational usage. 3) The service must provide complete audit detail. 4) The service must be available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. 5) The service must have secure Telephone lines not subject to public telephone line interference. 3) No solicitation is available for this procurement at this time.
