Description

The Federal Law Enforcement Training Center has a requirement for video editing services. The Media Services Division produces approximately fifty videos per year that reqire non-linear editing. The vendor must be able to perform the following: final edit sequence; narration, sound effects, titles, and graphics/animation, music, and videotape (into a well-paced, continuos, and effective end product) without continuous or direct assistance. Work is performed on-site using Government-owned equipment. Hours of opreation are 8AM -- 5PM, Monday through Friday, except Government holidays. Some overtime may be required (pending approval of Contracting Officer). Vendor must have a minimum of five (5) years experience including non-linear (Avid Product) editing and two (2) years of experience editing law enforcement related material. Experience must include the following categories of work: Documentary, Dramtic, Promotional, and How To. This is considered a commercial service. Simplified acquisition procedures apply.
