Description

Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, 'Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements', it is the Government s intent to award a sole source contract to EZ-Info, Inc, of Atchison, KS, for the following items: Battlefield Reference Marking System Panels CLIN 0001, 25 ea, Type A Reverse Polarity, NSN 6910-01-388-7699; CLIN 0002, 45 ea, Type B Reverse Polarity, NSN 6910-01-388-7660; CLIN 0003, 25 ea, Type C Reverse Polarity, NSN 6910-01-388-7624; CLIN 0004, 25 e a, Type D Reverse Polarity, NSN 6910-01-460-8098; CLIN 0005, 9 ea, Type E Reverse Polarity, NSN 6910-01-460-8103; CLIN 0006, 25 ea, Type F Reverse Polarity, NSN 6910-01-460-8107; CLIN 0007, 25 ea, Type G Reverse Polarity, NSN 6910-01-460-8111; for deliver y to Fort Carson, CO 80913. This is not a formal solicitation. This synopsis is not considered a Request for Quotation or Proposal. No solicitation document is available and telephone requests will not be honored. No contract will be awarded on the basis of offers received in response to this notice. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. If no affirmative written response is received, the purchase will be awarded witho ut further notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
