Description

Western Regional Contracting Office intends to procure regularly scheduled Annual Maintenance Service for Ventilators and Anesthesia Apparatus, mfg by Datex-Ohmeda. The Government intends to award a fixed price contract with a performance period of 1 November 2001 31 October 2002. The anticipated award date is 19 October 2001. The RFQ DADA13-01-T-0109 will be available upon request to Mitch Munger via e-mail, at mitch.munger@nw.amedd.army.mil. on or about 25 September 2001 with a closing date of 12 October 2001. Vendors requesting a copy of this RFQ must provide Business Size, telephone number / facsimile number, e-mail address and a point of contact. This RFQ is being issued on an unrestricted basis using Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). All responsible sources may submit an offer. Per DFARS 252.204-7004, Reguired Central Contractor Registration is mandatory for all contractors in order to receive award of a contract or order.
