1. (Base Year, plus 4 year options) for monthly maintenance of the exterior lighting system at the Palo Alto and Menlo Park divsions of the Palo Alto Health Care System (PAHCS). 2. All interested parties are requested to familiarize themselves with the geographiic location of this procurement. 3. This procurement is 100% small business set-aside. 4. The NAICS code is 561790. 5.
