1. (Base Year, plus 4 year options) 3 procurement requests that may result in multiple awards. A. Monthly maintenance of HVAC System at Diagnostic Radiology Center, Bldg 102, Palo Alto, CA B. Quarterly maintenance of HVAC System at the Monterey Clinic. C. Monthly maintenance of Livermore division sytem to keep it clear of sludge, scale and corrosion. 2. It is requested that interested parties be familiiar with the geographic locations of these procurements. 3. The procurement is 100% small business set-aside. 4. The NAICS Code is 811210. 5.
