Description

BAA-01-027 is hereby amended to extend the closing date for submission of white papers and full proposals. White papers are due by 16:00 local time on 12 Oct 2001, either in hard copy or electronic form to the Office of Naval Research , Attention 334, Room 528, 800 N. Quincy St., Arlington, VA 22217-5660, Ms. Ellie Martin, email address: martine@onr.navy.mil, (703) 696-0945. The Ship Hull, Mechanical & Electrical Systems division of ONR will evaluate the white papers and formal proposals. Those offerors that submit white papers can expect feedback from the white papers by 16 Nov 2001. Formal proposals prepared in accordance with the Research Proposal Format Instructions available on the ONR web site (http://www.onr.navy.mil/scripts/02/howtosubmit.asp) will be required by 16:00 local time (4:00 PM) 30 Nov 2001 to the same address listed above for the white paper.
