Description

The Internal Revenue Service intends to issue a purchase order to PricewaterhouseCooper to provide maintenance and upgrades for TeamMate Software. The Contractor will provide telephone support and product upgrades (for up to 500 users) for Teammate's electronic work paper software. Vendor's who can provide the required services at the prices, terms, and conditions equal to or better than those which can be provided by PricewaterhouseCoopers should submit clear and convincing date in writing substantiating an ability furnish this requirement. Responses to this notice must be recieved by this office within 2 days of the date of publication of this synopsis. Any responses should be sent to: Internal Revenue Services, National office Procurement, 6009 Oxon Hill Road, Room 700, Oxon Hill MD 20745, Attn: David F. Smith III, A:P:I:E. Evaluation/Award will be based on lowest cost to the Government. All quotes shall include: price(s); FOB point; Point of contact (name and telephone number); GSA Contract Number if applicable; delivery date; business size; payment terms, Taxpayer Identification Number; Dunn & Bradstreet number.
