Description

General Services Administration (GSA) intends to negotiate a sole source award for the Department of the Navy, Fleet Numerical Meteorology and Oceanography Center (FNMOC), Monterey, CA to Future COM Corporation. The Contractor shall provide a Gigabit Ethernet Sniffer, software support to allow analysis down to the packet level to ensure proper operation of the Gigabit network, providing data that can be used to verify network implementations, as well as correct server and applications configurations. The gigabit will be utilized to monitor FNMOC's Communications, capture data for analysis and resend the captured data using the traffic generator. The network shall include upgrades/updates, telephone, technical and online website support. Interested offerors may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement. Future COM Corporation is the sole developer of the Gigabit Ethernet Sniffer. The contractor will have a 30 day delivery requirement from the date of award. The SIC Code is 7379/NAICS Code is 541512. All interested parties must submit a capability statement that sufficiently describes their qualifications, and previous experience relevant to fulfilling the above requirement. Capability statements shall include evidence that the firm has previous experience in providing this requirement. All Electronic and Information Technology (EIT) procured through this award must meet the applicable accessibility standards at 36 CFR 1194, unless an agency exception to this requirement exists under 36 CFR 1194 implements Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended, and is viewable at http://accessboard.gov/sec508standards.htm-Part 1194.
