Description

The Marine Corps Systems Command (MARCORSYSCOM) intends to issue a firm fixed price (FFP) contract to Metters Industries, Inc., 8200 Greensboro Drive, Suite 500, McLean, VA 22102 for development, manufacture, and installation of Integrated Maintenance Training Systems (IMTS) and associated Contractor Logistic Support (CLS) for the USMC MTVR Program Office. Metters Industries, Inc. is the sole producer of these systems and is the only source with the requisite knowledge and expertise necessary to perform this effort in the time required. See Numbered Note 22.
