This requirement will be available for downloading from our website beginning approximately 16 OCTOBER 2001. Prior to this date you will not be able to access this solicitation. This requirement is being issued as Full and Open with Hubzone Price Evaluation Preference 10%. The NAICS Code is 325188, Size Standard is 1000 employees and FSC Code is 6810. This requirement is for Propylene Glycol 200,000 lbs.(base year), to be delivered to Indian Head, in bottom unloading tank trucks. The first delivery of 40,000 lbs will be due approximately 30 days after date of contract with 40,000 lb. deliveries being made approximately every 7-8 weeks upon notification. Four (4) options with a quantity of 200,000 lbs each option. NOTE: a one (1) quart of product from a large scale production must pass the trial nitration and lab analysis test to be eligible for award.
