Description

Modification is issued to change the Request for Proposals (RFP) to Request for Quotes (RFQ), solicitation number M00681-01-T-2366. The evaluation criteria has changed to: The government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest price technically acceptable quote. The closing date of this solicitation has been extended to 27 September 2001 at 1:00 PM to allow offerors to revise the proposals to be price quote. Pricing should be submit along with your quotes. The reverse auction will not take place on 28 September 2001 at 1300 EST. Award anticipated on the 29 September 2001. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
