X -- The Department of Justice, U.S. Attorneys Office, Pittsburgh, PA, intends to issue a purchase order to Central Parking System, 600 Grand Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15219 for eight (8) commerical parking spaces located at 600 Grand Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15219 within a 1 block radius for the period October 1, 2001 through September 30, 2002, on a sole source basis. Responses received as a result of this notice of intent shall be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Responses will not be considered as either proposals or bids. A determination by the Government not to open this requirement to competition, based upon the written responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
