Description

The 89th Contracting Squadron, Andrews Air Force Base intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Dictaphone Corporation, 3191 Broadbridge Avenue, Stratford, CT for the maintenance of Enterprise Express Voice System and Text System equipment used by the Malcolm Grow Medical Center. The resulting contract will be a firm fixed price service contract. Negotiation being conducted using other than full and open competition procedures pursuant to authority of FAR 6.302-1(b)(1). See Note 22. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which will be considered by the agency. The 89th Contracting Squadron intends to award a sole source contract three (3) business days after publication of this notice. Contracting POC is Penny Messina who can be reached at (301) 981-2306.
