Description

This is a commercial item for Preventive Maintenance Services of Government Owned Equipment (Scanner Diagnostic Ultrasound Imaging System) located at Tripler Army Medical Center, HI. The Contractor shall provide trained experienced personnel, labor, tools , diagnostic equipment, software, hardware, firmware, test phantoms, material, supplies, transportation, parts and equipment necessary to maintain in fully functional state the Ultrasound Imaging System and related equipment, IAW the Performance Work State ment and Equipment List. The Pacific Regional Contracting Office, MEDCOM, Tripler Army Medical Center anticipates an award of a firm-fixed price contract resulting from the Request for Quotation (RFQ). Unit of Issue: Months, Quantity is 6 Months. The so licitation will be evaluated based on technical capability, past performance and price. The anticipated period of performance will be Base Year: 01 Oct 01 -- 30 Sep 02, Option Year 1: 01 Oct 02 -- 30 Sep 03, Option Year 2: 01 Oct 03 -- 30 Sep 04, Option Year 3: 01 Oct 04 -- 30 Sep 05, and Option Year 4: 01 Oct 05 -- 30 Sep 06.
