This requirement is for contractor operated, depot level repair/rebuild of AMCOM managed TSS/T2SS and TOW/TOW2 Support Equipment (TSS-SE/T2SS-SE) for the Bradley Fighting Vehicle System (BFVS) assemblies and subassemblies. The basic contractual effort wil l encompass items that become unserviceable beginning FY02 to FY03. This repair contract will also have a base year FY02 option, and FY03 through FY04 options, which will encompass items that become unserviceable in FY02 through FY04. The Repair items are described as, Nomenclature: Control Unit, National Stock Number (NSN) 1240-01-172-4521 and Army Part Number (APN) 13163007; Collimator, National Stock Number (NSN) 4935-01-359-4461 and Army Part Number (APN) 13314306; Collimator, National Stock Number (NSN ) 4935-01-169-7090 and Army Part Number (APN) 13163006; Collimator, National Stock Number (NSN) 4935-01-108-2974 and Army Part Number (APN) 13143603; Power Supply, National Stock Number (NSN) 6130-01-276-1303 and Army Part Number (APN) 13162858; Microscope , National Stock Number (NSN) 6650-01-170-0852 and Army Part Number (APN) 13162691, and Optical Component, National Stock Number (NSN) 6650-01-350-2453 and Army Part Number (APN) 13314267. RFP will be issued to Raytheon Technical Services Company, MS 2M05, 1665 Hughes Way, P.O. Box 9399, Long Beach, CA 90810-0399. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation; however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above . Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. This contract is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source.
