Description

Madigan Army Medical Center, Tacoma, WA intends to establish a firm fixed price standing delivery order for the period date of award through 30 September 2002, that will provide for the purchase of reagents, controls, and consumables manufactured by International Remote Imaging Systems, Inc., to support urinalysis testing for the Yellow IRIS Udx 900 Automated Urinalysis System. The items shall consists of 540 each Cat#: 800-0057 Chemstrip; 72 each Cat#: 475-0001 IRISPEC 1 Calibrator/Control; 18 each Cat#: 475-0024 IRIS Stain Composition; 8 each Cat#: 799-0007 Preventive Maintenance Kits; 24 each Cat#: 475-0020 IRISPEC Gravity Control 1.025; 24 each Cat#: 475-0010 IRISPEC Gravity Control 1.060; 72 each Cat#: 475-0003 IRISOVEL Cleaner; 24 each Cat#: 800-0058 Chemstrip Calibration Strips; and 8 each Cat#: 800-0039 Printer Ribbon.
