Description

Contractor shall provide Cardiovascular Surgical Pack, sterile, disposable, containing approximately 35 different items to consist of various drapes, sponges, towels, syringes, needles, and other components -- see solicitation for detailed specifications. Estimated usage is 450 per year, with delivery through the medical surgical prime vendor. Contract period is April 1, 2002 through September 30, 2002, with two 12-month renewal options. A nonsterile bid sample is required at time of bid opening for evaluation. Request documents in writing or by fax at 612-725-2072. Documents will be available on or about October 9, 2001.
