Description

Included in the solicitation of the Bassett Hospital Replacement, and under the authority of FAR 6.302, the Alaska District Corps of Engineers intends to specify proprietary specs and/or sole source equipment using brand name. Items to be specified are procurement of Visionwall Technologies Inc. window and curtain wall systems for the exterior building envelop in the Bassett Hospital Replacement, Fort Wainwright, Alaska. The Visionwall 4-Element System has proven itself effective in extreme conditions with high humidity as encountered in a hospital. All responders are advised that this project may be cancelled or revised at any time during the solicitation, selection, evaluation, negotiation, and or final award process based on decisions related to DOD changes.
