Description

The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center Jacksonville, Florida intends to issue a Basic Ordering Agreement delivery order under the authority of Federal Regulation Regulation 6.302 to Raytheon TI Systems Incorporated, 2501 W University, McKinney, Texas for the following F-18 Aircraft Radar System Components: 30 each Stabilizer Scanners (p/n 335138-2); 20 each Gear Shaft Assemblies (p/n 3081113-1); 5 each AFT Pod Plate Assemblies (p/n 3085646-1); 40 each Rotating Stop Covers (p/n 3087921-2); 20 each Connector Frames (p/n 3085604-2); 50 each AFT Pod Main Handle Links (p/n 3081337-2); 20 each Gear Shaft Assemblies (p/n 3081121-1); 15 each Pre-load Gear Shaft Assemblies (p/n 3081109-1); 15 each Gear Shaft Assemblies (p/n 3081124-1); 25 each AFT Pod Short Link Handles (p/n 3081339-2); 25 each Release Bars (p/n 3081430-2); and 25 each Sleeve Nuts (p/n 3085672-1). Components required are for A/C AFT Pod Section WRA4 260256. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability by submitting a capability proposal. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposal. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Note 22 and 26 apply to this procurement action.
