Description

This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared=20 in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12.6 and 13.5, as=20 supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This=20 announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not=20 be issued. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. Proposals=20 are hereby being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. =20 Refer to solicitation as RFQ N00140-01-Q-4357. This solicitation document and=20 incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAR 97-27 and=20 DFARS 20001213. It is the contractor's responsibility to be familiar with the=20 applicable clauses and provisions. The clauses may be accessed in full text at=20 these addresses: www.arnet.gov/far and www.dtic.mil/dfars. A firm fixed price=20 contract is contemplated. The SIC is 27419903 and the Small Business Standard=20 is 100. This is a sole source action with Information Handling System, which=20 in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, since they are the only source capable of=20 providing the required subscriptions.
