17. Description (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Request For Quotation, # F2CXPB12630400. (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through 2001 Basline. (iv) Notice: This solicitation is a 100% set-aside for small business concerns. The North American Industry Classification is 421410? Medium Format Digital Camera System. The size standard is 100. (v) Items to be Procured: Require one Medium Format Digital Camera System consisting of various components listed below. All information for the subject solicitation is available at www.eps.gov, no paper solicitations or specifications will be made available. L/I 01: (01) Medium Format Digital Camera System including (01) each of the following components: a) PROBACK 48MG File W/Hass Mount Part # EK0250 (including installation) b) PROBACK MAMIYA Adapter Kit c) PROBACK Anti-Aliasing Filter d) MAMIYA R267 Pro II Pack e) MAMIYA RB/RZ Prism Finder II f) MAMIYA RZ 90mm F3.5L Lens (vi) There is no additional description for the preceding line item. (vii) Required delivery shall be 30 days ADC. Place of delivery shall be Bldg. 767 Rm. 107, Minot AFB, ND 58705; FOB Destination.
