Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, VA CT Healthcare System, intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Jali Medical of Newton, MA, for the procurment of a Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) paired pulser to be used in examining cortical excitability. This TMS has the following required capabilities: Dual pulse output with full control over amplitude of each pulse from 1% to 100% Single coil or dual coil output. Timing pulses can also be generated using third party equipment with interval being 1msec or longer. The system can be expanded through the addition of Bistim and Magstim Model 200 units to deliver 3 or more pulses with a minimum interval of 1msec.
