Description

1) The performance period for the equipment delivery shall be sixty (60) days and (30) days for the installation of the equipment. 2) A Notice To Proceed will be issued at time deemed appropriate by the contracting officer. Performance period will begin after contractor?s receipt of the Notice To Proceed. Separate notice to proceeds will be issued for equipment and installation. 3) Warranty: Equipment warranty period will begin upon completion and acceptance of the installation. 4) Facsimile Proposals: Facsimile proposals will be accepted; however the Government's receipt of proposals by the closing time is the responsibility of the offeror. The Facsimile Phone Number is (660) 687-4822. 5) Annual Maintenance: The annual maintenance estimate should be for 1 year instead of 2 years. 6) As a reminder, the response date is 27 September 2001, 2:00PM CST.
