Description

This is an amendment to the combined synopsis/solicitation for utility trailers. (vi) Two (2) each 20ft Express Wagons, Wells Cargo model EW2024 or equal. Base Model EW2024, 93 1/4 inch body width. Extend A-frame, 1 ft. One pair heavy duty front cornerpost jacks, 3,000 lb static load. One pair heavy duty rear cornerpost jacks, 3000 lb static load. Three piece A-frame included. One 2-5/16 inch top mount coupler with replaceable locking dog assembly. Two each D.O.T. compliant 5/16 inch safety chain with clevis safety slip hook and latch. Four each heavy duty forged lashing rings. One each 6 inch x 2 inch rectangular steel tube mainrails with equal height C-section cross members and square outriggers. Two (2) each 5,000 lb torflex 4 inch drop axle with 6 stud hubs and drums with E/Z lube, weather resistant wiring package with 12 inch electric brakes. Four (4) each ST225/75R15 load range D radial tires mounted on 15 x 6 inch, 6-bolt AlumaSport aluminum wheel. Chassis fully undercoated with rust preventative coating. One 7-1/2 ft inside height, 84-3/4 inch vertical posts located on 16 inch centers. One recessed interior step, installed at side door. One 12 inch deep rear step bumper. Forty-four (44) square feet horizontal E track (location to be discussed). One single curbside door, aluminum RH hinge with flush lock, opening 30W x 80H. Double rear doors with aluminum anti-rack cam bar lock opening, 85-3/4 W x 81 H. Twenty linear feet 3/4 inch exterior grade plywood floor, exterior surface undercoated, interior surface painted gray. Twenty linear feet heavy duty rubber floor covering install full length of unit. Twenty linear feet of 3/8 inch plywood interior sidewall liner. Twenty linear feet 1-5/8 inch fiberglass sidewall insulation, R5 value. Twenty linear feet 1-5/8 inch ceiling insulation. One pair insulate both end caps and line end caps with aluminum cove. Twenty linear feet full width ceiling, lined with ? inch white vinyl covered plywood contoured to roof radius (does not include lining end caps). Two each 73 inch H x 48-3/4 inch W x 24 inch D steel shelving unit with four 48 inch W adjustable shelves and 3 inch bin fronts and end panels, capacity 250 lbs per shelf. One 73 inch H x 36-3/4 inch W x 24 inch D steel shelving unit with four 36 inch W adjustable shelves and 3 inch bin fronts and end panels (capacity 250 lbs per shelf). Two 12-volt porch lights, center one each on front wall to light up generator area and one on curbside wall behind side door. One pair surface mounted turn indicator. Mount one on each sidewall centered front to rear and same height as side marker light. One 12-volt interior wall switch, installed at side door. Above floor battery box assembly, consisting of 100-amp hour deep cycle battery, vented battery box, 6 circuit fuse panel and 30 amp PC30 power source. Fourteen (14) LED clearance light(s) in place of standard incandescent light(s). Two (2) 15 amp, 120 volt duplex wall receptacles. One 20 amp, 120 volt duplex wall receptacle installed in ceiling next to roof mounted. Three each wall switches for 120 volt electric installed at side door; one each for interior lights. Install one each for exterior lights on curbside wall and one each for exterior lights on roadside wall. Label switch controls. Two each exterior 120 volt GFI duplex outlet. One 50 amp, 120V/240V 16 circuit service panel with 50 amp main breaker, 25ft shoreline, and locking cable hatch. One wall switch for 120V electric. Three 4ft double tube fluorescent fixtures with clear plastic tube shields. Light tubes and end caps centered in ceiling, equally spaced. Four each 500 watt exterior quartz/halogen floor lights installed on each corner of sidewall. Manual transfer of 120/240V 50 amp service panel. Wire generator to 50 amp 120/240 slater #3654 recept required for any unit with a generator. Steel frame, out only, for roof mount air conditioner, centered in ceiling beginning 8ft from front wall. 396.667 SF of .030 prefinished white smooth exterior aluminum installed vertically with non-corrosive mechanical fasteners. 24 inch H aluminum tread plate stone guard with wrapped integrated corners. Two flow-thru sidewall vents: one installed on curbside wall at front corner as high as possible; one installed on curbside all at rear corner as low as possible. 18ft A&E rollup awning. Two (2) LED wraparound tail light with integrated side rear marker light. One S.A.B. color coded 12 V electrical system, exterior lighting package. D.O.T. A-frame mounted 22 amp hour UI series battery, breakaway switch, aluminum mounting bracket, cover, battery charge indicator, and diode isolation. Battery acid included. One seven-way trailer end connector. One white spare tire cover for ST225/75R15 tire. One interior 6-bolt spare tire carrier/bracket. One spare tire and wheel, ST225/75R15 load range inchD inch radial tire on a 6-bolt silver spoke wheel. One Honda ES6500 portable generator system mounted on A-frame. Aluminum vented generator housing. One pinted hook. =20
