- Description
- Real Property Appraisal Services for Multi-Family Housing facilities are required for various counties in the State of Washington. Appraisers shall be licensed in the State of Washington. A copy of Business License and listing of multi-family housing appraisals performed in the past two years shall be submitted to Diane Matson, 1835 Black Lake Blvd. SW, Suite B, Olympia, WA 98512-5715. Receipt by October 10, 2001 is requested, but Agency will accept information on an on-going basis. See Numbered Note 1*****
