Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation. The VA Network Business Center, Long Beach, California, intends to negotiate a sole source contract with ProClarity Corporation, Boise, Idaho. Reference RFQ 600-178-01. This Request For Quote (RFQ) is issued for commercial items and is prepared IAW the format Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Veterans Administration intends to procure the ProClarity Analytic Platform, which includes the Enterprise server, and Proclarity Professional Services, which include consulting, training and customer service. The following ProClarity products, systems and components to be purchased are: -- One (1) each Scoping, Design, Development and Implementation Service with 30 licenses; -- Two (2) each Active Book Publishing license; -- One (1) each support and maintenance agreement for one (1) year; -- One (1) each Professional services to include Training (ETL, STAR SCHEMA, CUBE DEVELOPMENT, BRIEFING BOOK CONSTRUCTION) 4 to 10 days; Admin Training 2 days; End User Training 2 days; additional training in preparing Deployment Report and Roadmap; -- One (1) each Custom on-site training to include Admin Training 4 days; End User Training 2 days; -- One (1) each post delivery Performance Report; -- One (1) each Deployment Roadmap; -- One (1) each T&E cost for three (3) weeks implementation. Delivery schedule to be coordinated upon award of contract. Delivery terms shall be FOB Destination. The items purchased shall be delivered to the VA Southern Nevada Healthcare System, 1700 Vegas Drive, Las Vegas, Nevada 89106.
