Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Reference Number is F7335412570200. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-27. The Standard Industrial Classification Code is 7373. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 541512. The Small Business Standard Size is $18M. Contract Line Item 0001 ? Contractor shall provide labor for software design and engineering for enhancements to the Airlift Flow Model (AFM). Requirements shall be in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW). Acceptance and FOB Point: Destination. Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 52.212-1, Evaluation-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition, FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. The specific evaluation criteria will be price. The FAR Provision 52.209-5, Certification Regarding Debarment, Suspension, Proposed Debarment and Other Responsibility Matters, applies to this acquisition. Offers shall include a completed copy of the FAR Provision 52.212-3, Offer Representation and Certifications-Commercial Items, with its offer. Quotes with an incomplete certification will not be considered. FAR Clause 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders of Commercial Items and subparagraphs (b)(12), (b)(13), (b)(14), (b)(15), (b)(23), (b)(25), and (c)(1) applies to this acquisition.
