Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation F33601-01-T-0564, is a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-14. This is restricted to 100% small business set-aside. This requirement has three (3) line items: Item 0001, 8 each-Epson Powerlite 7600p Multimedia Overhead Projectors. Item 0002, 8 each-Mounting Kits, Item 0003, 5 each-Bulbs for Projectors. A complete list of the required specifications is attached. Delivery is required no later than 45 Days after the order is placed, please submit estimated delivery with your quotation. Quotes must be for FOB Destination and include Net 30 payment terms. Ship to: DAUWP, 2950 P Street, Bldg. 641, Room 327, Wright-Patterson AFB, OH 45433-7765, Attn: Gilbert Torres. The following clauses and provisions apply: FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation, Commercial Items (technical capability & price) award will be based on overall best value to the Government; FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders -- Commercial Items (APR 2001)(DEVIATION); DFARS 252.212-7001, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders Applicable to Defense Acquisitions of Commercial Items (APR 2001) (DEVIATION).
