Description

This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items under FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ) under S-LMAQM-01-Q-0282. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97- 27. The Department of State requires QTY Six (6) Trusted Systems, Inc. or equal GSA Approved, Class 5, Information Processing System (IPS) Security Container with 3,000 Btu/Hr cooling, 24 inch W Door, each with the following accessories: 23 inch wide rack mount assembly; 22 inch deep slide shelf for 23 inch rack mounting/11 lbs load capacity; caster base for IPS Container with 24 inch wide door opening; cable junction box, 12 inch by 12 inch by 6 inch, with padlock door. Vendor shall deliver equipment to Springfield, VA. Required delivery date is 90 days after receipt of order. F.O.B. point at Destination is desired but F.O.B. point at Origin will be considered and evaluated if offered.
