Description

The General Services Administration intends to issue a contract to Compunetix, Inc. under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 through solicitation number 6TSA-01-JMT-0233. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 97-14. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This procurement is for additional voice conference capability for Operations & Launch Contract Facility of the Satellite Operations for NESDIS/NOAA in Suitland MD. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. All proposals received by 4:00 PM Central time 9/26/2001 will be considered by the government.
