SYNOPSIS GUIDANCE INFORMATION: Body style 24 cylindrical frame. Full and Open Competition applies. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered. See Notes 9 and 22. This solicitation is an RFP and will be available on the internet at http://dibbs.dscccols.com/rfp on its issue date of 10/12/01. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. The Small Business size standard is 500 employees. Drawings are posted with the solicitation on the DSCC solicitation web-site. If the drawings are not posted with the solicitation, see Clause L07 -- Availability of Drawings for information on how to obtain the drawings. FEDERAL, MILITARY AND COMMERCIAL SPECIFICATIONS CANNOT BE PROVIDED BY DSCC. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government. The total shall not exceed 3 years. Various Increments Solicited: From: 150-299; 300-321; 322-499; 500-999; 1000-1999; 2000-2999, quantity of 321 each to be delivered within the 120 days after date of order to various destinations within the USA; balance to be delivered at a rate of 321 each every 30 days thereafter. SET-ASIDE TYPE: UNRESTRICTED. IQC is anticipated (1 yr basic(365 days), 2 yr option(760 days)).
