Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for services non-personal issued by the 55th Contracting Office, Offutt AFB, Nebraska. This document was prepared in accordance with the format found in the Federal Acquisition Regulations Document (FAR) subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This electronic announcement is the only solicitation being issued. A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. Solicitation number(s) F25600-01-T-0135 is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions/clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 97-13. The government intends to issue a sole source purchase order to Data power Technology Corporation for the following Item(s): SiteScan 2000 Upgrade, Liebert 12-port Interface Module SiteLink 12, Network-based System Gateway Sitegate-232 Pentium III Based PC & Printer Software Install, Startup & Training. All items and services to be performed should be included in the quotation because NO PARTIAL QUOTES WILL BE CONSIDERED. All quotes should be received by 24 September 2001/8am,CST and, if possible, sent back electronically via e-mail, if possible. The following clauses and provisions will apply to this acquisition. FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors. Offerors shall include a complete copy of the provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offerors Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, with the offer.
