Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format FAR Subpart 12.3, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written Solicitation will not be written. Purchase Request Number F73MED11431100 is being issued as a Request For Proposal (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-20. This acquisition falls under Standard Industry Classification 8099; the size standard is $5 million. Intervening service and preventive maintenance on RTAS digital dictation system located at Travis AFB, CA. Period of performance is from 1 Oct 01 through 30 Sep 2002. There are no options included in this requirement. This acquisition is 100% set aside for small business.
