Description
Provide preventive maintenance and refrigerant monitoring as stated in the work statement regarding the following types of TRANE Chillers located at the VA Roseburg Healthcare System, Roseburg, Oregon. All pricing shall be an all inclusive rate of per diem, travel and price/cost. Annual Inspection Chiller #1 to be conducted in February 2002 TRANE RTHA150, U93F05961. Annual Inspection Chiller #2 to be conducted in February 2002 TRANE RTHA150, U96C03067. Annual Inspection Chiller #3 to be conducted in February 2002 TRANE RTHA150, U98E09777. Semi-Annual Maintenance Inspection Chiller #1 to be conducted in August 2002 TRANE RTHA150, U93F05961. Semi-Annual Maintenance Inspection Chiller #2 to be conducted in August 2002 TRANE RTHA150, U96C03067. Semi-Annual Maintenance Inspection Chiller #3 to be conducted in August 2002 TRANE RTHA150, U98E09777. Annual TRANE Refrigerant Monitor Calibration to be conducted in February 2002. Semi-Annual TRANE Refrigerant Monitor Calibration to be conducted in August 2002. The Service Technician shall report to Facility Management Service prior to starting and upon completion of work and shall file a Maintenance visit report prior to departing the facility. Work to be completed during normal working hours (8:00 a.m. 4:30 p.m. Monday Friday). Contractor shall provide but not limited to the following procedures: Refrigerant monitor calibration, lubrications, technical adjustments, functional checks and labor involved in repairing and/or replacing worn parts. This contract only covers those parts and materials that are required for annual maintenance. Within 30 calendars days from time of inspections Contractor shall provide written reports, and oil analysis (Acid test) to the Contracting Officer. NAICS Code 811310/ NAIC Standard: $5,000,000.00 applies.
