Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation(attached below)for commercial items (non-personal services) prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Proposals are being requested. This solicitation is issued as request for quotation (RFQ). Submit written offers (oral offers will not be accepted), on RFQ # F41636-01-T-0088. Faxed offers are being accepted and can be requested at (210) 671-5063. Statement of Work, technical exhibits and schedules(attached below) must be met as they appear in this notice. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the latest Federal Acquisition Circular and Defense and Defense Acquisition Circular. This procurement is restricted to 100% small business. NAICS code is 561790 and applies to this procurement. Wage Determination Number 1994-2521, revision 23(08/02/2001)(attached below). Non Personal Services to provide the following: Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform Clothes Dryer Exhaust Duct Cleaning located at Lackland AFB, Lackland Annex, Wilford Hall Medical Center(WHMC) and Kelly Field Annex. This service will be for a total of 5 years. Basic year plus four (4) option years. The basic year is effective 1 Oct 01 through 30 Sep 2002. All interested parties must be Central Contractor Registered (CCR) as prescribed in DFARS 252.202-7004 and 252.232-7009. CCR can be obtained by calling 1-888-227-2423. The CCR must be obtained before award can be made.
